- Landlord or Agent: Full name, phone number, email address, passport photo, and ID photo (both front and back).

- Account Deletion: If you request account deletion, we may collect additional information (e.g., email or phone number) to verify your identity.

Display your listings (for landlords and agents).

2. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as described below:
- Other users (e.g., landlords and agents with tenants).

- Business Transfers: If Zaptek Xtreme Ltd. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction, with appropriate safeguards.
3. Payment information
Landlords and agents are given two free listings. Additional listings are charged at Ksh. 100 each.
Tenants are charged a one-time fee of Ksh. 20 for each property rental.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information:
- Encryption: Your personal data (phone number, email, password) is encrypted during transmission (using HTTPS) and storage using industry-standard protocols.
- Access Controls: Only authorized personnel have access to your data, and they are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Secure Payment Processing: M-Pesa payments are processed securely, and we do not store your payment details beyond what is necessary for the transaction.
- Limitations: While we strive to protect your data, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
